Privacy Policy

This policy describes the current KAGZI website. It should be updated whenever new services, storage, analytics or account features are introduced.

1. Files processed in your browser

Current PDF, OCR and photo tools are designed to process selected files locally in your browser. The workspace's temporary document list references files only for the current browser session; it does not currently provide account-based cloud storage. Do not use a shared device for confidential files.

2. AI assistant messages

When the AI assistant is enabled, the text you submit will be sent to KAGZI's server function and then to the configured AI provider to generate a reply. Do not submit passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or sensitive identity/document numbers. The AI provider may process submitted text under its own terms and privacy policy. The service should disclose provider-specific retention and processing details before public launch.

3. Third-party libraries and services

The website currently loads some fonts and document-processing libraries from third-party content delivery networks. Those providers may receive standard technical request information such as IP address and browser details when your browser loads their resources.

4. Information we do not currently offer to store

At present, the website does not provide a verified user account, persistent document locker, or a confirmed support-ticket database. Do not assume that files or chat messages are saved to an account or that a complaint has been formally registered.
